Trained as an architect, but switched to cuisine after a stint in Japan and falling in love with the concept of conscious dining, Anou Boccasam hosts regular supper clubs, or tables d'hôte. Typically 14 people per evening gather around her table in Eaux-Vives at À Table Chez Anou to dine and discuss together (in French and English).
She serves traditional Indian thaali on Tuesdays, and Wednesday through Saturday she serves her fusion gourmet, 7-course plant-based menu. She also hosts a monthly brunch and caters for private events. Food is all freshly sourced and menus will change depending on availability.
Anou joins us in the studio to explain how she's truly following in the footsteps of her own name, as her full name - Annapurna - means 'Goddess of food'.
