On this week's Swiss Up! Dario looks at an upcoming federal vote involving nurses and judges. The nurses want better training, recognition and pay. The government doesn't completely disagree - but they say this initiative goes to far.
There's also an initiative to change the way federal judges are chosen. Currently they have a party political affiliation and are chosen by parliament. The backers of the vote want a lottery system.
