This morning, we take a closer look at the Geneva English School’s secondary school, based in Versoix, where around 140 students benefit from a close-knit, personalised learning environment. At GES, teachers form strong relationships with both students and their families, ensuring that everyone knows each other by name. This connection is a cornerstone of the school’s success, according to Daniel Crabtree, Head of Senior School.
Dan emphasises the importance of open communication, where parents can easily reach out to teachers for specific academic support, and he himself maintains regular contact with families.
Having recently relocated to the region with his family, Daniel’s own children are part of the school community, and he’s been tuning in to WRS since arriving.
Curious about what it means to be the Head of Senior School? WRS Breakfast Show's Katt Cullen asked Dan just that when he came into the studio.
