This week, Michael McKay will cast a light on one, important and shameful act of genocide, mass-killings and massacres. He's talking to a prominent and, as you will come to understand over the next half an hour, especially courageous man who became a “whistle blower” on the United Nations over what is widely regarded as the most bloodthirsty and unforgiveable mass murder of the early 21st century, namely Darfur.
My guest is Dr Mukesh Kapila, who between 2003-2004 led the UN’s largest country mission as Resident and Humanitarian Coordinator for Sudan.
