TPG new app gets complaints

Public transport users are complaining the new updated TPG app is worse than the much-maligned previous version.

Users say it’s not intuitive and it's easier to use Google maps. 

Comments on the download platforms call it ‘incomprehensible’ and ‘complicated’.

But the TPG says users aren’t complaining to them and suggest some people just need more time to get used to it. They point out the previous app updated the information every two minutes – now it’s updated every few seconds. 

They say 46,000 people use it every day.
