Two and a half thousand people marched through the middle of Geneva yesterday afternoon to mark International Workers’ Day.
But many causes were represented.
Initially the unions, but then followed by the political parties and then international issues, including pro-Palestinian supporters, Kurdish YPG and the PKK.
But the worker’s cause was the main theme.
The march ended in the Parc des Bastions with a series of speeches.
No major problems were reported.
