There are definite signs the economy is beginning to bounce back.
A new survey by the Centre for Economic Studies shows companies are beginning to hire again, believing their current staffing levels are too low.
The survey shows this is especially true in the hotel and restaurant sector. A large majority say they expect to be bringing more staff on board.
Other sectors predicting job growth are construction, wholesale trade and service providers.
The Centre for Economic Studies asked 4,500 companies about their employment expectations last month.
