The town of Nyon is considering offering loans to businesses hard hit by the coronavirus as cantonal and federal support is being so slow.
Local councilors are asking for a half a million francs to be given to companies in crises.
The city is frustrated with the aid that is supposed to be offered by the canton and from Bern. Many say it’s proving insufficient or the money is taking too long to arrive.
