We’re concerned about the economy and many of us putting away more money as an emergency fund.
That’s the conclusion following a survey by Migros Bank.
At the end of last year, 39% have a negative opinion of the economy and 27% say their financial situation has worsened over the last two years.
The head of Migros Bank, Marcel Kunzelmann, says many are saving as much as they can – ranging from CHF 1,000 a month to CHF 100.
He says more people are saving smaller amounts regularly.
