Major frontalier meeting this weekend

A major meeting for cross border workers will be held this weekend in Annecy.

There are nearly a quarter of a million people who live in France, but work in Switzerland.

The ‘Salon du Frontier’ runs this Friday and Saturday.

There’ll be talks about the issues that are unique to frontaliers – such as health insurance, tax, the rules about teleworking, welfare, pensions and banking.

There’ll also be exhibitors highlighting the different services available.

It’s the 20th edition of the Salon.
