There was some bemusement from the crowd who were leaving the Servette ice hockey game on Saturday evening when fights broke out between the ultra-Servette ice hockey fans and the ultra-fans from Servette football club.
Police were forced to use pepper spray to try to regain order – while more orderly fans watched on with children in some bewilderment.
It’s not the first time there’s been conflict between the two groups – there was some violence towards the end of the summer.
Police say they are investigating – there were no arrests made on the night.
