Geneva police have distributed hundreds of pocket alarms to those who like to be on the streets at night.
The small devices, about the size of a key ring, emit a loud, shrill noise when activated. The idea is that it will scare off any potential attacker.
It can also encourage those nearby to call the police.
There are still some left. Just contact Geneva police for yours.
