Geneva police have arrested a 22-year-old man suspected of a murder in Paris.
French police found the body of a 19-year-old woman on Saturday.
She was a student at the University of Paris-Dauphine.
According to the TV network, BFMTV, the man already has a record – he was sentenced to 7 years in jail for raping a woman in 2019.
He was released early with a view to be deported to his home country of Morocco.
Police say he was tracked by his phone. He was detained at Cornavin train station.
