Geneva gets 10th Vaccine Centre

Opening of new centre in Cologny

Geneva now has a 10th vaccination centre after a new premise opened in Cologny yesterday.

It’s a joint project between the commune and the health Group, Hirslanden.

It will be able to handle 400 people a day and will be open to anyone who´s registered on the cantonal website. It will be staffed by retired medical professionals as well as volunteers.

The new addition means the canton will be able to vaccinate 9,000 a day – provided the supplies hold up.
