A father and son have been jailed for fraudulently claiming CHF 365,000 in emergency covid loans.
A court in Lucerne heard the pair faked documents relating to their company which inflated their sales figures allowing them to claim more money from the government.
The 65-year-old father was jailed for 4 years and his 37-year-old son for three and a half.
Both had been convicted of crimes previously involving fraud, drugs and weapons charges.
They also must pay back CHF 150,000.
