An elderly man who fell into the lake in Corsier in canton Geneva has died in hospital.
The 82-year-old fell from a boat in the harbour on Tuesday. He was pulled out of the water and paramedics tried to revive him.
He was taken to the Geneva University Hospital where he died last night without regaining consciousness.
An investigation is underway.
