A prolific child abuser has been given the maximum sentence of 15 years in jail.
The man weas in court in Frauenfeld in canton Thurgau.
The 39-year-old, identified as Miguel, was arrested after one child told her grandmother about something that happened to her in 2020 – police raided his apartment and found video recordings of abuse against several other children.
In addition to the 15 years jailtime, the man will have to pay a CHF 2,000 fine – but also all costs which are likely to reach nearly CHF 400,000.
