Yet another mysterious fire has destroyed a large wooden building. This time in the village of Wiler in canton Bern – but that’s only a 10 minute drive from the Solothurn cantonal line.
Solothurn police are investigating a series of around 10 fires in the region since the beginning of last month. There are worries a serial arsonist is at work.
The latest blaze was a stable. The horses housed there were brought safely out.
The fire started at around 8 last night. It was brought under control an hour later.
The cause is being investigated.
