David Heymann is professor of Infectious Disease Epidemiology at London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, as well as Head of the Centre on Global Health Security at Chatham House, the celebrated Royal Institute of International Affairs, London.
Professor Heymann spent over 20 years at the World Health Organisation and before that was at the CDC in Washington, D.C.
