Hester Macdonald shares her top tips on growing herbs. The first is simply to assess the conditions and pick a herb or two that thrive in those conditions. Hester runs through the plants that do well in different environments to help you choose the best plant to thrive.
Whether you're adding herbs to sweet, or savoury cooking, or getting the key ingredients for a mojito, then Hester has some traditional ingredients to grow at home, as well as lesser known herbs for those feeling inspired.
