Pasta Dishes: Quick Lasagne

Quick Lasagne


  • 1 tsp. salt
  • a little pepper
  • 3 dl meat bouillon
  • 2 onion
  • 80 g grated Parmesan
  • 500 g minced meat (beef)
  • 50 g tomato puree
  • 2 clove of garlic
  • 2 dl single cream for sauces
  • 300 g carrots
  • 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley
  • olive oil to fry
  • 12 green lasagna noodles (z.B. BARILLA)

Slice the carrots, finely chop the onions, then heat the oil and fry both in portions in a frying pan along with the mince. Press the garlic, add the tomato puree.

Pour in the stock, bring to the boil, then remove from the heat. Finely chop the parsley, stir in, then season the filling. Arrange the lasagne sheets and the filling alternately in layers into an ovenproof dish that can hold approx. 2 litres.

Mix in the single cream and the parmesan evenly over the top. Bake for approx. 25 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 200°C.
