Well, these days, and in some places, there is more than a ripple of dissent regarding this principle. There is in fact quite a storm brewing. From what I read and hear it is being whipped up on some American and British university campuses (yes, universities of all places) and certain other places, among certain groups.
Nowadays, some people seem quick to take offence – or to put it another way – are more thin-skinned than days gone by. Or is that really the case?
