Geneva fire forces 46 out of their homes
A major fire on Sunday morning in Geneva forced 46 people out of their homes. Many had to be evacuated by ladder - some climbed onto the roof to escape through a neighbouring building.
The fire broke out in an apartment building in Paquis. Firefighters struggled to enter as the blaze was centred in the entrance lobby.
The fire spread through the building because of the ventilation ducts.
Seven people has to be taken to hospital – one in a serious condition.
