Major rockfall closes hiking paths in Graubünden
Several hiking paths near the town of Sils in canton Graubünden have been closed following a major rockfall.
Fortunately, no one was hurt, but one large boulder came to a stop just next to a road.
Police say they started to get calls at 13.50 yesterday afternoon about rocks falling from the mountains.
Helicopters checked the area yesterday and more checks will be carried out today until experts believe the danger is over. In the meantime several areas will be closed.
