Switzerland named safest country in the world for Covid-19
Switzerland is the safest country in the world for Covid-19. Germany is second.
That’s the conclusion of a global study by the Deep Knowledge Group published in Forbes magazine.
Researchers checked the figures from 200 countries using several different criteria, including infection rates, state of the healthcare system and the relevant government’s response.
The report says Switzerland and Germany both scored highly due to the balance authorities have taken between health and safe guarding the economy.
The United States came in at 58th and the UK at 86th.
