Park rangers frustrated at walkers flouting lockdown and countryside rules
Park rangers say they’re getting frustrated as many more people seem to be taking a walk in the countryside and ignoring the rules.
One ranger, Peter Wyss, says many of them seem to be in nature for the first time and don’t understand the basic rules – and then get angry with him.
He told the ‘Blick’ newspaper, many are littering, lighting fires, cycling where they shouldn’t be and not keeping their dogs on a lead.
He says many are only out since the lockdown.
