Public transport schedules to begin return to normal
Public transport will start to run close to normal schedules from Monday as lockdown restrictions start to end.
Although not all businesses will be open – and workers who can work from home are still being urged to stay away from the office – more will be travelling to work next week.
Swiss Federal Railways will resume many long-distance services which had been suspended – including the link between Zurich and Geneva airports.
The plans are that by May 11 all services will be running as normal, including local transport and the Postbus network.
