More people worrying about the state of the economy than the virus
More and more people are now getting worried about the state of the economy more than the virus.
That’s the result from a survey carried out by the Swiss Broadcasting Corporation.
The vast majority of people are following the government’s restrictions, but are also getting impatient.
Worries about catching Covid-19 and fears the health system would not be able to cope are easing – with only a quarter believing they’re in serious personal danger.
More than half say the rules should be eased, with shops and schools at the top of the list of places that should reopen – and hairdressers are not far behind.
But only 4 percent say concerts and events should be allowed.
