Germany blocks medical equipment shipment to Switzerland
Germany has been blocking a shipment of medical equipment to Switzerland due its ban on exporting such materials.

The German government has issued an instruction that no medical supplies can leave the country to make sure there’s enough for its own citizens.
A shipment of masks destined for Switzerland was held at Hamburg. It took a phone call between the two economics ministers to get the container delivered.
The container arrived at a bonded warehouse which is used by Switzerland. Technically, goods for Switzerland never enter Germany and are simply transported to this country.
Germany says the problem was an oversight and the masks are now on their way.
