Little economic growth predicted for 2020
The economy is not going to grow much in 2020 according to a new government report.
It expects growth of just 0.9% this year and then 1.2% for next year. But it warns the growth will be down to one off events, such as the summer Olympics in Tokyo.
It also believes the construction sector will be much weaker next year.
The Swiss National Bank is keeping its controversial negative interest rate policy unchanged.
The economy is being currently supported by a low unemployment rate and a strong international manufacturing sector such as pharmaceuticals and chemicals.
