On Sunday night a stolen Audi R8 raced through the town of Galgenen at an estimated speed of 169 kph – hit a roundabout and took off. The car struck the house 50 meters away on the first floor. It then exploded and the house burnt to the ground. The driver was killed in the accident – but the family managed to escape unhurt.

The Afghan family fled violence in their home country 4 years ago. The parents and their three children are being looked after by friends and the commune hopes to be able to rehouse them soon.
