The dream of small electrical hydro-foil taxis skimming across Lake Geneva is dead.

Last year a start-up company showed off its prototype ‘Sea Bubble’. It hoped to offer a new and green way to cross the lake.
But after they were refused permission to build temporary pontoons the company has now switched its attention to Paris.
