Extinction Rebellion protestors facing obstruction charges
More than 100 Extinction Rebellion protestors are to face charges of obstruction in Lausanne.
The environmental activists blocked roads and bridges in September and had to be dispersed by police.
In all 117 will face obstruction charges and one is being charged with assaulting police. Many others have received official warnings.
The group seems to be planning more protests at Geneva airport on the 16th November after a coded tweet sent to followers was leaked to the press.
