Separatists in Geneva monitored by Spanish government
The Spanish government is keeping a close eye on Catalan separatists in Geneva - and the Spanish secret service may also be involved.
A report in yesterday’s Blick newspaper says it has documents that show Spain is being kept up to date with Catalan separatists’ meetings in Geneva and elsewhere.
It also says it has evidence the Spanish foreign ministry has asked for help from the intelligence service.
The Spanish government told the newspaper it has a duty to monitor any activity that could harm Spain’s reputation.
