CHF 17,000 Giger jewellery stolen from Chur shop

A set of jewellery designed by the Swiss artist H.R Giger has been stolen from a shop in Chur in canton Graubünden.

Kapo GR CHF 17,000 Giger jewellery stolen from Chur shop

Police say thieves smashed the shop window at about 5am yesterday morning. The jewelry is said to be worth more than CHF 17,000. The set includes a watch and rings.

Giger is best known for the design of the Alien from the movie franchise of the same name. He died in 2014.

Graubünden police are asking for witnesses.
