The missile is French and is said to have come from Qatar. It’s in full working order and thought to be destined for Ukraine.

The Swiss man has been identified as 42-year-old Alessandro Monti who lives in Bissone in Ticino near Lake Lugano.

Locals are said to be shocked their neighbor seems to be deeply involved in international arms trading.
