Games from the semi-finals onwards will be broadcast on a big screen on the Rotonde du Mont-Blanc, near the Brunswick memorial.

The space is much smaller than the set up for the men’s World Cup which was on the Plain de Plainpalais.

The former captain of the Swiss women’s team, Caroline Abbé, says she hopes the space will inspire girls to go into sport.
