Yesterday morning a passerby called the police after hearing someone shout for help on the banks of the river near Jonction.

The head of the fire service says he also heard the shout when they first arrived.

Despite two helicopters with infrared cameras, dogs, and several police officers and fire crews, nothing has been found.

Even local caves were searched.

Police say it’s a mystery.
