Earthquake felt across Switzerland and neighbouring France
A small earthquake rocked French speaking Switzerland and neighboring France yesterday morning – and experts say there is a chance of some minor building damage.

The 4.1 quake struck near Montreux – with the epicenter around 15 km southwest.
The Swiss Seismological Service says the quake could be felt across the country.
A resident in canton Fribourg told the 20 minutes newspaper that his house was shaking and another in canton Valais near Lake Geneva says glasses fell off a shelf.
Minor tremors are common – there have already been 500 so far this year, but this is one of the strongest so far.
