The cantonal prosecutor Olivier Jornot says the initial investigation has not discovered any instances of fraud. He told a press conference yesterday he believes the allegations stem from a personality dispute in the office.

The worker was arrested last week after colleagues told police they had seen them throw ballot papers away and add others.
