Geneva most expensive city for families
Geneva is the most expensive city for families to live in, according to a new study.
Apartments with 4 and half rooms cost on average CHF 3,820 a month. That’s even more than Zurich at just over three thousand.
The cheapest city is Sankt Gallen. There, the same flat will cost around CHF 2,000.
The survey was carried out by the price comparison site, Comparis.
They say it’s all down to supply and demand – in Geneva and Zurich not enough new homes are being built.
