Teen fools security at Geneva airport and makes it to Africa.
A teenager ran away from home over the weekend, tricked security at Geneva airport and managed to make it to Morocco.
The 16-year-old from Annecy in France said he wanted to join friends who were crossing the desert.
He used a photocopy of an old parental authorization to leave the country.
The boy called his parents while on a stop over in Spain. He didn’t tell them where he was, but police pinged his phone to determine his location. Moroccan authorities picked him up on arrival.
