Foreign Ministry advises against travel to Sri Lanka
The Swiss foreign ministry has joined other western nations and is now advising no travel to Sri Lanka.
In a statement released on Saturday, the ministry says Swiss nationals should not travel to Sri Lanka unless absolutely necessary.
The move comes after the deadly attacks over Easter which killed more than 250 Christian worshippers.
Swiss holiday firms are no longer taking bookings and all trips that had been booked in May have been cancelled.
Press reports say Switzerland is sending two police officers to the island to help in the investigation. Two Swiss nationals are among the dead.
