Apple uses the slogan ‘Think Different’. Swatch came up with its own of ‘Tick Different’.

The court ruled the Apple advertising line was not that well known in Switzerland and so could not force a change in slogan.

It's not the first time Apple have backed down in a fight against Swiss companies. It was taken to court for using the famous clock face of the Swiss Railways. Apple settled out of court and stopped using the design.
