Biggest climate change protest to take place Friday
This Friday could see Swiss school children, university students and researchers take to the streets for one of the biggest climate demonstrations ever.
The movement follows on from 16-year-old Greta Thunberg’s actions. She refused to go to school on Fridays in her home country of Sweden until more was done to fight climate change.
Now protestors will be joined by teachers, lecturers and scientists – and there’ll be marches across the world, with thousands in dozens of Swiss towns.
