Most wanted man extradited to UK
One of the UK's most wanted men is back in the country after the Swiss Federal Court gave the green light for his extradition.
Mark Acklom is wanted for allegedly defrauding a woman of her life savings of GBP 850,000.
He also is accused of posing as a Swiss banker and an MI6 agent.
He was arrested in Zurich in June last year. A hunt was triggered in Switzerland after he was spotted at a Geneva café a few weeks before.
The Swiss court rejected his argument that he should not be sent to the UK as Brexit would mean his human rights could not be guaranteed.
He was handed over to British police officers at Geneva airport over the weekend.
