Radicalised nationals seek to return home after IS collapse
Many countries are struggling with what to do with their nationals who now want to return home after fighting for Islamic State in Syria and Iraq.
The Swiss Justice Minister, Karin Keller-Sutter, is suggesting they be tried where they are now before being allowed to return.
She believes it would be dangerous to allow former extremists back into the country.
Keller-Sutter says all the cases have to be treated individually – and suggests the current law which covers children needs to be examined.
She says there’s a big difference between small children and a 15-year-old who’s been radicalized.
