Facebook censors Geneva museum art work
The Geneva Art and History Museum has run foul of Facebook censors.
A new exhibition called ‘Caesar and the Rhone’ is due to open on Friday. The museum put some images of the art work on Facebook, but as they show a nude kneeling man and a nearly naked Venus, Facebook blocked out the bits they deemed offensive.
The exhibition focuses on Roman art work found in the Rhone.
The museum says Facebook needs to change its nudity policy when it comes to art work.
