A study by the University of Bern suggests you could learn a language while asleep.

Researchers show that some students were able to increase their vocabulary when recorded words were played to them through headphones while they slept. They could then recall some of the new words when awake.

The technique could also prove helpful to children with ADHD or older people suffering memory loss.
