Half of CEOs in Switzerland pessimistic about world economy
As business and political leaders meet in Davos, a survey shows there’s increasing pessimism about the future of the world economy.
The survey was carried out by Price Waterhouse Coopers at the end of last year and shows CEOs are gloomy and believe the growth will slow over the next 12 months.
The main reason is the tendency to protectionism with a possible US trade war and Brexit.
Half of CEOs in Switzerland say they believe growth will falter.
